Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges

All made to order items are non-refundable. Once the order has been processed and printed, a refund cannot be issued.

We will not do exchanges or returns for shirts when there are "white marks" on the shirt. This is part of the printing process and is described on the product pages. 

We will only do refunds in cases when the quality of the item ordered is not acceptable. 

We will do exchanges for t-shirts and sweatshirts for issues related to size. We do not do exchanges for phone cases. Please be careful while ordering, to make sure you order for the right model phone. 

We only allow for exchanges within 14 days of delivery of your order. The item must be returned to us within 28 days of delivery of your order.

When exchanges are made. The product must be in new condition. The buyer will pay to send the product back to us and we will pay to send the new product to them.

The shipping estimate is just for the amount of days the item will take to ship. For Priority and Express shipping orders we will ship the same day as long as the order is received by before Noon Pacific time. If the order is placed after Noon Pacific time, please consider it an order for the next business day. For example a Priority or Express order placed on Friday after noon, it will not ship until Monday please take this into account when considering your shipping options.

For US orders, we ship USPS first class package for all of our standard shipping orders. You will receive a tracking number for your order and you can expect the item to be delivered within 8 business days. For Priority shipping, we deliver through Priority Mail, and you can expect your item to be delivered within 2 to 4 days after shipping.

We deliver DHL Express shipping, however the 1 to 2 days is only for large urban destinations within the USA. For rural destinations it can take 3 to 4 business days.

For Canadian orders, we ship through Canada Post, please allow for 4 to 10 business days to receive your item. Unfortunately there is no tracking with our standard shipping price. 

If you are outside of Canada and the US please allow at least 2 - 4 weeks from the time you order until the time you receive the order. Please allow extra time for shipping especially during busy holiday times.

You may contact us directly if you need items delivered by a certain date and we will be happy to provide options for upgrading your shipping to expedited. 

Items will be sent to the shipping address that has been provided by you. You are responsible to provide address and a full name (First and Last name) that is safe for delivery. Please double check the address you provide before placing your order to ensure it is correct. Any items returned to us as undeliverable will require you to re-pay shipping fees.
